We have arrived at the last card type of the game! Though Party Favors are the last to be introduced, they are probably the easiest to understand. They are essentially your spell or trap cards of the game to give you advantages or deal disadvantages to the other Hosts.

When drawing from the main deck on your turn, you may draw the purple Party Favor. Unlike any other card which you would then reveal to everyone, these cards are kept secret. After announcing that you have gotten a Party Favor, keep it hidden in your hand or place it face down next to your party of Aliens.

Once a Host has one of these cards, they may use it any time – on their own turn or during the turn of another Host. To use a card, reveal it to everyone and read aloud the effect. Discard the Party Favor and resolve the effect – that’s it! These nice little add-ons just might be the key to securing your place as the Intergalactic Party Captain. Or they just might be the pitfall in another Host’s path to victory.
